Overhaul content of high capacity exhaust fan backward inclined centrifugal fan

⑴ Check and clean the bearings, replace the bearing grease or lubricating oil, and mark the normal oil level, the lowest and highest oil level.

⑵ Check the sealing of each part and clean the internal dust and dirt;

⑶ Check whether there are cracks, corrosion, wear, screw loosening, etc., in the wind six baffles and flow guides of the blades, and deal with them;

⑷ Check the coupling and its protective cover, replace the worn rubber elastic ring;

⑸ Check and tighten the bolts of each part;

⑹ Plug the air leakage and repair the insulation material;

⑺ Check and repair the regulating damper to ensure its flexibility and correct indication.

⑻ Check and repair the cooling water system.

(ⅱ) Moderate repair (including minor repair content)

⑴ According to the wear and tear of the impeller welding joint (or rivet), the blade (rivet) is welded or replaced, and the static balance is checked;

⑵ Repair or replace the coupling;

⑶ Check or replace bearings;

⑷ Check and adjust the concentricity and level of motor shaft and fan spindle;

⑸ Repair or replace bearing housing;

⑹ Repair the serious wear parts of the fan shell and blade, repair welding or replace the anti-wear layer lining;

⑺ Rust anti-corrosion treatment.

(III) Major repair (including moderate repair content)

⑴ Repair or replacement of fan spindle;

⑵ Manufacture or installation of new impeller, and static balance or dynamic balance check;

⑶ Replace the fan shell with serious wear;

⑷ replace the table plate, bearing box or re-irrigate the foundation.
