Classification of high capacity large fan:
1. Classified according to the flow direction of the medium inside the fan
Divided into centrifugal, axial and mixed flow fan
2. Classification by high and low production pressure (calculated in absolute pressure)
Ventilator - Exhaust pressure is lower than 112700Pa.
Blower - Exhaust pressure between 112700PA-343000Pa.
Compressor - Exhaust pressure above 343000Pa
3. The high and low pressure of the ventilator is classified as follows (in the standard state)
Low pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure P≤1000Pa.
Medium pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure P=1000-8000Pa.
High pressure centrifugal fan: full pressure P=8000-30000Pa.
Low pressure axial flow fan: full pressure P≤500Pa.
High pressure axial flow fan: full pressure P=500-3000Pa
4. Classification according to leaf exit Angle
It can be divided into backbending (backward) type, radial type and forward bending (forward) type fans, as shown in Figure 5.
The outlet Angle β2 of the backbending fan blade is less than 90°.
The outlet Angle of radial fan blade β2 = 90°.
The outlet Angle of the forward bending fan blade β2 is > 90
